Blackberry was a little tart, a little sweet, a lovely balance of the two. It feels…quite fluid and wet, if that makes any sense, very thirst quenching. Blackberry flavour is evident, but subtle next to the sweet of the honey and the bite of the alcohol. Good now and as it matures it will be to die for. I drank it at room temperature, I think it might be better chilled.
